About Mulder Homes
Founded in 1946, Mulder Company is the product of generations of builders. Thomas B. Mulder, president of the company, a fourth-generation builder, carries on a proud family tradition of homebuilding excellence established by his great-grandfather and grandfather. When Thomas' father, Geert D. Mulder, relocated to the United States from the Netherlands, he brought with him knowledge and vital experience passed down through generations.
Employees of the Mulder Company have many years of experience as well.
Kurt Mulder, Vice President of Mulder Company (Thomas B. Mulder's son) started with Mulder Company as a carpenter when he was a teenager. Kurt also holds a professional engineer license in both Michigan and Alabama.
Job site superintendent Dale Blizzard has been with Mulder Company since 1965 and his brother Larry Blizzard has been with Mulder Company since 1967.
Richard G. Mulder (Thomas B. Mulder's nephew) has been a trim carpenter with Mulder Company since 1975.
